Bibimpab

Bibimbap is a traditional Korean dish. It’s really delicious and i really like to eat it.

It’s Made of Rice, mushrooms, vegetables, fish, meat or tofu and it’s served in a bowl with a baked egg on top.

Jeyuk Bokkeum/Dweji Bulgogi (Korean Spicy Pork BBQ).

Korean spicy pork BBQ is also a well known dish in Korea. This is what you have to do to make it. First you have to combine the onions, garlic, soy sauce, gochujang, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Then place the chicken in a large zip-top bag and pour the marinade in, making sure all of the chicken is covered. Seal the bag and lay it flat in a large, shallow pan or on a plate. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight, flipping once the bag through.

When ready to cook, prepare a charcoal grill for high, direct heat and indirect heat, or heat a gas grill to high. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place skin-side down over direct heat. Cover and cook for a few minutes until grill marks appear. Flip the chicken, cover, and cook until grill marks appear.

Move the chicken to indirect heat if cooking on a charcoal grill. If cooking on a gas grill, reduce the heat to medium. Cover and grill, flipping the chicken every 3 minutes, until cooked through, no longer pink inside, and the thickest part of the meat registers 165°F, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve immediately.

Dragon Eyes Sushi

Most people think Sushi is from Japan but it’s not from Japan at all, but from southeast Asia. It’s not easy to make but i will try to explain how to make it.

First you have to Cut green onion the same width as the nori sheet. Than fill half the nori sheet with sushi rice. Add finely shredded carrot, green onion and fish roe and roll the maki in a bamboo mat. Then you need to spread the fish flat on another nori sheet and roll this maki on the other roll. Afterward you need to mix an egg yolk and water with flour and beat until smooth. Fry roll it for 1 minute, cut it and it’s ready to serve!

Chinese Bami

Chinese bami is not hard to make.

First put a pan of water with the stock cube and cook the noodles. Rinse the noodle cold under the tap, let it drip and set aside. Halve the leeks and halve again and cut the leeks into thin strings. wash and let drip well. Put 1 tbsp sunflower oil in the wok and fry the garlic. Add the leek and the ham cubes and stir until the leeks are tender. Meanwhile, fry the eggs in the scrambled eggs and add the leek and ham to the wok. Stir in the cooked noodle. So ready, but make this in the morning and then you just have to bake for the hot meal. This benefits the taste so much more, because the flavors have been given the opportunity to withdraw.
